Why this event matters

The May 2026 Day of Opportunity also helps show the community and partner organizations that Del Aire is building toward becoming a resiliency center. The goal is to serve as a reliable hub that connects people to resources and supports the community during everyday needs, power outages, heat waves, and other emergencies.
